Where can I get cash from an atm or shop using a discover credit card?

There are ATMs all over the place. You shouldn't have any problems

Not sure on the atm but we were able to use credit cards everywhere we tried

I used my discover card everywhere at city market

I wish I could answer that. I tried Google, but got nothing. Next time I am there I will investigate for you.
