If it is a covered warranty repair, normally we do, it is important to understand the availability of loaner and rental vehicles do require some planning. It is best to work with your Service Advisor after a diagnoses so that you are taken care of. We will work with our customers and try to take care of these issues the best we can depending on availability.
From what I tell it I can't tell what that really do but if it's their fault they'll get you a rental car if it's not their fault pretty much on your own sometimes if it's just from the day they might take you where you need to be
