Why did I have to wait so long in line today. Made me have second thoughts. Seems like they see the wrap- around outside the building. Put in more pizzas.

I agree. Hot and ready pizza should be exactly that... HOT AND READY. I have been there a few times. I usually only have 1 or 2 cars in front of me, I have also been stuck in the long line. They should make the drive thru for the hot and ready customers and if you want a specialty pizza you should have to go inside.
