They are not hard to deal with if you go in the right attitude.
It is hard to get anyone on the phone. You will have to go to the place. They have only certain hours that they are open. They can be hard people to deal with but stick with it. Don't let them treat you wrong. Keep calling and going up there. They will finally do what's right. Good luck.
