Chk your local state lemonade-N-laws. And the state dept of transportation that deal's with tag's and licence's..... They ain't going to want the local DMV-SOB on their back!!
Anything is possible!! I'm sure it's something protecting them in all that paperwork!!
I have nothing to say as of right now.
My daughter went to JD Byrider ; I was with her. Upon walking into their I noticed that the majority of cars had body damage. The saleswoman was talking very fast and will interrupt when we was asking questions. I told my daughter to leave them alone and us go to other car lot. We went to Godwin dealership and she purchased a very nice car. You want to seek legal advice about suing. I always recommend that you speak the extra money and have diagnostic check done right after purchasing a car or pay a mechanic to accompany you when purchasing a car.
I'm not sure but like with any used car dealership I believe they have a lemon law that they have to follow.
