Is there a salsa bar and topping bar? Do it you're self bar?

Yes they do have a salsa bar for chips but for everything else, you have to tell them what you want on your burrito/taco/bowl and they put it on for you

It's basically like subway with Mexican food.

I think it's just salsa bar. But they serve taco salad type salads they make as you walk through and tell them what you want
