I mailed a package going from Greensboro, NC to Baton Rouge, La last Tuesday. It has not arrived. I do not have a tracking number. Is there a way to find out what has happened to the package?

It may still be on its way. I mailed a package from here to Arkansas. It took 4 more days than what I was quoted. Wasn't guaranteed delivery.

Can you locate your receipt? That would have the tracking number. if you mailed it ground, it may take a 5-7 days so that may explain it.
