If enough people use the kiosks they will eventually reduce staff. If you think they put in those machines to make it better for you "I have a bridge to sell you"
Not really, they aren't difficult to use, and it frees up their staff to get me my food quicker
Its so stupid
I could not agree more It's basically a way for them to downsize on humans working there this raising their cost to operate. .McDonalds is notorious for this always coming out with the latest technology to replace humans.
Kiosks take jobs from real people thats my only issue. They could stop hiring ditsey employees though. And fix their headsets so the window people can actually hear what your ordering. I shouldn't have to drive up to the pay window still needing to make my order because of the headset the person is wearing is taped together. Nore should I have to repeat what I want to order several times in person because something is not clicking. The line is so long for a reason and it's not great food. It's poor servicing.
Not to mention.. I'm sure they aren't cleaned very often. I refuse to use them. They are disgusting. People dont wash like they should. Also, I'd rather have someone take my order, not a machine.
I mean it’s up to you if you want to use it or not . You’re not forced too. Technically, it’s there to reduce the line. I’m sure . If the line is long during lunch rush, I think it’s a good idea to use the kiosk for someone who’s ordering for 1-3 people.
If you hate it, bring your business elsewhere ... There are plenty of local restaurants that would welcome your business.
