I would check with Conn's. I imagine it depends on why it needs to be replaced. If it was stolen, it should be covered by your homeowners insurance. If it just quit working, Conn's should cover it. If you throw your shoe at it, and broke it, forget about it.
If it came with a warranty or you purchased one with the TV you shouldn't have any problems
