Why is there such poor service and third rated if that being served at the mayflower in Concord. Every time I purchase from the Highway 29 location I leave very disappointed. I will contact the manager of this restaurant tomorrow enough is enough.

Maybe I'm just lucky. Been going there for nearly 30-years and have never had bad food or service.

Don't know what the problem is. Mayflower is my fish house choice about once a week. Im 275 lbs.and I get the captains platter. I think its awesome...is what you make it.

I went today had Very bad Service and had bit into a piece of chicken that had a hair in it. Waitress wouldn’t come to the table for me to tell her, I did tell the cashier, she said let me give you a discount, she didn’t either. I will never go back.

So far the food is good so far I haven't had any problems I usually order mine and go in and pick it up and it be what I ordered so far

Only on Wednesday is the service bad because its half off all entrees, so its otherwise really good service.

Managment dosn't care. They got your money thats all that matters.

Their food is barely adequate long wait for poor food with high prices for the area
