Contact Kohl's and explain your situation if you have the credit card info they should be able to help
I agree with Casey. I shop there all the time and I always receive an email confirmation number. Then after it ships you should receive another email that your items have shipped along with a tracking number.
You should have an online emailed confirmation number.

Have you checked your Kohl's card to verify if you were charged? Sometimes if an item is no longer available for whatever reason (especially in store pick up orders) they will cancel the order and you do not necessarily receive notification. If you've been charged but have not received a confirmation within 24hrs you will need to contact customer care for online orders via the website.
