Is there enough deli food left at 8:00 Sat to put together a nice Dinner for 12 people to serve at home on Sunday T 1:00 midday after church?

Sunday always lots of deli items especially cheeses.

Sunday always good timing. Late Saturday is iffy.

It's very unlikely that they'd have enough at that hour on a Saturday to serve 12, and if they did you wouldn't have many choices. I used to go all the time for Greek salads, and some days they'd be almost sold out of ALL of their salads by 5 PM.

Call ahead the day before and they will prep it for you.

I would doubt at that late hour. Better to try mid morning on Sunday
