Why was the service so poor?

I've eaten in and taken out and it was pretty good. Service was good. Give them another try if you're up for it

Only ordered from front patio service has always been acceptable and fair in my experience

I went recently and the waiting staff was ridiculous! Our server kept cutting us off, left in the middle of questions and took forever to actually take our order! Like come to the table. There had to be like 2 other parties there, we got there super early for an event, we called ahead for, yet nothing. Total reluctancy for service and poor attitudes from staff
