why will no one answer phone, even after being transferred to building materials I could hear the noise of the store but no one would answer. Very Disappointed!! will check with Home Depot see if they will answer phone!!!

A walk thru the store will provide the answer! Long cashier lines, 1 person in each department during the day and wait in line for help!

Frustrating. I agree, but keep in mind that they don't folks that stands by and waits to answer the phones all day. All store employees have other responsibilities as well.

Because most that work there don't care they don't need good customer service they make the money either way try the first Lowe's ever in Wilkesboro if u ask them where a product is they will either lie to u or just look at your stupid until you walk away try a small business support America
