You might want to contact the store manager first and see you get satisfaction and get the person off the job .. make sure your proof is solid. hope you have them on camera .. then notify the customer service at the corporate office .. that way the person is in the system company wide .. good luck
With actual proof, file a police report. Complaining to the store sounds strange to me if someone actually stole something. Let professionals handle it.
