Your main food pantry would be the Salvation Army on Washington Street in East Stroudsburg. They distribute on the 4th Thursday of the month. I'm not sure if you can still get signed up for next week but their # is 570-421-3050. There are also supplemental pantries that you can utilize in your area as well including St. Paul's Church on Craigs Meadow Rd (570-223-9422) and Passion For Christ Church on Sawmill Court (570-394-7548). There are a number of other pantries available in other areas of the county throughout the month.
