Actually, new 99 year leases are no longer available, only resales from current leaseholders. Check the website at www.beesrvresort.com and use the link that says “park models & RVs for sale” for ones that are currently available. For those who feel that the costs are outside their price range, annual rental sites are available. We have had tenants living here for years with such an arrangement.
