I work there and sometimes ppl don't show up and we just don't have enough staff to open dining room I apologize. This usually happens on the weekends. But can happen during the week. Again I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It's very stressful for us as well.
They cannot hire enough staff for the dining room. They drive-thru is open until 11pm.
