You can order your meat on site when you go there they're very nice people. They will also tell you how to prepare the food I've been a frequent customer throughout the years and he still has the same operation. I would highly recommend,

Is your beef pasture raised, grass fed? And if so, can I get beef organs? Specifically, heart, liver and marrow bones for making bone broth?
