$50 at Aldi's consist of slice Turkey, salami, pepper jack cheese, Munster cheese, 3 bunches of cilantro, fresh mozzarella, italian bread, loaf of butter toast, gallon milk, Strawberry flakes, frosted mini wheat cereal, and a 3 back mint gum. Total $49.84 and I'm talking about weight for weight packages........I challenge anyone to go to publix, Wal-Mart, or winn Dixie and purchase this list. This is my standard list so I know what it cost from everyone else. Cheapest of the 3 is Wal-Mart at $75.00. ...thats roughly $26.00 saving at Aldi's on same weight and quality items. 1 visit a week is a savings of $100.00 give or take per month. Aldi wins!
It's not a question of price. ALDI wins that hands down. It's a problem with attitude and lack of customer service....which begins with Management. If you don't mind rudeness, hostility, long lines and harassment by the staff, you are in the right place. There are things I can deal with to save a penny, disrespectful ghetto attitude from the cashiers and management is not one of them!
Publix sux the choade. Everything in Publix is $1 ~ $4 more than in "normal" stores. Gotta pay for those pensions somehow...
Does aldi stuart deliver?
I am willing to bag my own groceries for the savings it brings my family of 6. It all depends what your priorities are. The cashiers are friendly enough but yes, the groceries are quickly placed in the cart unbagged.
Aldi cuts down on my grocery bill each month! Great products for your money! I'd suggest buying there bags and preparing when at the check out, the "bar" is to sort your items and pack them accordingly. Keeps the lanes of checkout down. Totally recommend Aldi's!
Not the Stuart store
I have found in my situation that most of them are more than willing to help the handicapped but there are a few that are non caring about anybody regardless of a handicapped or not
