yes

I would say it's only partially handicap accessible. The museum is an old house 125+ years old as I recall. Part of the guided tour is up some narrow stairs to a second floor, and the old watch shop room is also up another partial level. With the exception of possibly 1-2 small steps outside to get in the front door, I seem to recall 75% of the guided tour on the first floor level.
