What happen to the quality of your pies? I ordered another pie and it's as close to burnt that you can get with out black being on it!

I've noticed that too. I haven't given up on them yet. I'm hoping that will change. For years it was the same. Consistently perfect with lots of cheese! Burnt cheese tastes like no cheese to me.
