It appears some guides could stand to be more polite. Some who ask questions may think the store will answer. Practice giving people the benefit of the doubt instead of making assumptions and condescending. It's possible in some places, store reps DO answer. Rude retorts do not shine any good light on you. Big Lots offer products that are both their brands, which they always have in stock and also buyouts from that are limited supply. When these buyouts are offered, they are usually heavily discounted from the normal shelf price of retail stores.
