Why is that your phone are not being answer for the past 4 months.?

I've called before and have spoken to managers, but probably depends on time. I call at night... less chance for a breakfast/lunch rush to prevent them from answering.

I'm sure they don't have someone to sit in office and answer phone. You probably just have to catch someone when in office.
