Am I able now to drive there via the blvd or is part of it closed & walk to it th rest of the way as was the case a short time ago?

Yes the road and parking lot are open. They even had someone directing folks to messages parking spot. They were very busy but things moved well.

I drove last weekend, we drove all the way to the parking, only you might have circle around to find an empty spot, but we always manage to get a spot.

I went early on a weekday and had no issues however I thought I saw the parking is different weekends. Not sure however

We drove into the parking lot which is now available.
