I'm not absolutely sure they do. I would be surprised if they do as it feels more like a bar than a place you'd go for brunch.
Yes, they use local farm eggs and greens. Not sure on meat but I think they have local grass fed meat too
I cant confirm, but it doesnt seem like they would because of the atmosphere. And i think they would advertise that if they did source locally
