Is this location generally rude and unprofessional to their guests? It's been the 3rd time I've dealt with it, never again.

Yessir! Their either trying to hurry you out of their way, or make you park and wait 15-20 min for chicken that should have already been cooked! Don't even dare try & ask for condiments.. Look at you like you asked them to solve a math problem or something!

So it wasn't just me, thank you.
