Most restaurants in this area are training stores however i guarantee corporate wouldn't like. ANY of this. I would definitely go to corporate web site so they know about svc complaints!!!!
It's not the color ! Just bad management and it shows through the staff.
I don't think it was your color. I am white and my wife is hispanic and we have run into a similair problem there. Mostly I think it is inexperienced staff. Speak up if you do not get the service you deserve we do. I am sorry you went through what you did. If it was because of your color I am sorry for the assholes you had to deal with, call the manager.
It is customary in most establishments that upon entering you check-in with the hostess for seating. If you just walk come in the door how are they to know that you are not associated with another party?
That is no excuse.....they should have come right up to seat you.....you can sit at the booths or tables in the bar area without a hostess helping you as well.....Sorry to hear of your issue...
They were probably really bussie sorry that happened that is a college area the largest college in the country UCF
