I am purchasing a villa in OTOW and I will need a French door refrigerator, wash and dryer front loading, a new stove, and maybe a refrigerator. We close on Sept. 13th, can I pick out what I want and hold up on delivery until after closing?

Yes from what I know they will deliver whenever schedule it to be delivered
