Hello Cheryl, the two local guides who are not affiliated with our office gave pretty accurate answers, but to clarify : we do take sunshine state insurance, We do not prescribe any narcotic pain meds, We can help with muscle relaxants, anti inflammatory meds, cortisone shots and such, We can also order imaging if needed. If the pain is severe a pain management doctor or the ER may be appropriate. Dr. Dean
They do not do pain management. They do take that insurance with no Co pay. Awesome place
