No gazebo that I'm aware of. There are covered picnic tables but they are near the children's play area. There is a large grassy area with many mature trees around the perimeter, but no gazebo... As far as getting married there, i think it's doable. It's a pretty park with Lookout Mountain in the backdrop. You could probably rent a gazebo.
