Unfortunately no. I just posted my complaint here. Because people need to know that some employees are not able to handle customer service.
I agree that best place for you to be heard would be either on the website for Lowe's or go to your local store and ask to see the manager
You need to go to their website. On the website it usually has a way to contact their customer service department. They usually have both, a number and an e-mail address.
