How to uplift a lien on my vehicle that has been paid in full for years and have title?

I do have a letter from the bank states that loan has been satisfied and paid in full..Idk if I'm to notify the registry apparently on their website it's showing lien!

You have to fingers out who has t h e line , then get ahold of the line holder and find out if it's taken care of . If it is ask for them to send you proof that's it off. If it still has a line on it you have a problem. You can explain that you have purchased the car. But be careful they can take the car it is legal theirs until the lien is paid.
