Is the Dropbox for vehicle registration open outside of business hours or so I need to get there to drop my paperwork during business hours?

No you can't drop off after business hours. They give you a special envelope to put everything in so you have to be there before closing. Also I was told by employees there's an alarm on the drop box after hours which is another reason you can't use it after hours. And the Chicopee location closes at 4pm and not 5pm as the website and their hours on the door claim. I'm not sure if the same hours apply to the other locations so double check or just be there before 4pm to be safe. I got there at 4:10 one day thinking I had till 5:00 because that's what the website said, and that's when I found out they actually close at 4:00 and you can't use the dropbox after hours and I had to go back the next day. So if the hours tell you 5:00 p.m. you may just want to double check to be safe depending on which location you are going to.
