Most of the solder stations we have are 60 w that might be just a little bit high for the type of soldering you're doing it. Question I'm getting the impression that you're doing circuit board style stuff?
Correct - soldering headers onto circuit boards and such. 60W irons could work - are they adjustable for temperature and/or tips?
