What's a good time to arrive and beat the crowd?

The beach is too long to worry about a crowd. There's always an open spot

8:30 by 11:30 it is packed!!!

I prefer later in the day. Enjoy the food, sunset 3:00 pm. Beach parking prices go down and people are leaving.
