I was charged $30 to park at 3:26 pm. tonight, Less than 5 minutes later ,the people at gate were gone. My ticket # is 22-154.

Should have entered 5 min later. Cut off time is the cut off not 5 minutes early. At some point there has to be a clear cut off.

And your point would be? They generally collect parking fees from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
