During the week parking isn't a problem. And don't park at the bank until it closes. Friday and Saturday night I'd get there on the early side. Those are the nights bands play.
You can also park down the hill behind the St. John's church For free (on Church St.) And walk 1 block.
Yes there is parking on the street on High Street, but you can go in the parking lot on the left of the main entrance or park in the bank next door.
