What exit going south on Rte 3-Everett Trpk does one take/

Arthur hit the nail right on the head, exit 8 is the easiest way to go.

Exit 8 - turn left on Southwood Park Dr - straight thru the traffic light - right to stay on Southwood and next right into the parking lot

Literally right off exit 8 :)

Exit 8 although 7 works too.
