Yes. The seating is semi outdoor. Covered hall like. You will be fine dogs. Best burger i have ever had!!
According to Arizona law, it is illegal to even ask someone if their dog is a service dog or not; if asked, that person could either lose their business and or livelihood. With that said, that owners are awesome people, and yes they have multiple outdoor seating to accommodate various people. People with canine service dogs, to wheelchair accessible to everyone in between. :)

Yeah im sure its dog friendly, the eating area is a covered semi outside area sort of a hallway off the street into an outdoor mall
The eating area is open space, and to confirm, I did see a dog on a leash while the owner was waiting for food. The entire area can be described as dog friendly, rather than just a certain area/spot.
