He's been there everytime I've been there.
I ask cause last night was my first time there and he was there read us the specials. And I got there right before dinner really started so I watched as he did it for every table that came in after was pretty cool.
I believe I meet him in passing, I do not live close by to confirm, but I would say from the feel of the place, Yes. He even approached us after our meal to make sure we were satisfied, and I saw him mingling with patrons.
He greeted our table too. It's how he chooses to run his business!
He is usually there on site, yes. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the Cabin's Gluten Free dinner options.
