Cant leave a review so I'll just post here. This is the rudest most incompetent group of health care providers in central Florida. This clinic is fill of insensitive nurses who only care about clicking in and out and nothing about the patients.

Pretty typical VA answer. "Change your provider and Gamble lol".

It's not about staffing. It's about waiting there with an injury to be told an hour and a half later that I can't be helped there. Pure incompetence. I'll never go there again and plan on writing a letter to the VA with further details.

Sorry you feel this way, I work there and there is a process. We do the best that we can since we are never properly staffed. Please share your concerns with the team coordinator with future issues. You can always do a change of provider as well
