Pretty typical VA answer. "Change your provider and Gamble lol".
It's not about staffing. It's about waiting there with an injury to be told an hour and a half later that I can't be helped there. Pure incompetence. I'll never go there again and plan on writing a letter to the VA with further details.
Sorry you feel this way, I work there and there is a process. We do the best that we can since we are never properly staffed. Please share your concerns with the team coordinator with future issues. You can always do a change of provider as well
