I was there (on Hwy 19) at 5:30 tonight, which was supposed to be happy hour and wine was $4, however, I was charged $9. Was the special price only for house wine? If so, she should have said so.

You have to look at their happy hour menu. If your drink of choice isn't on there, then you're going to pay full price.
