I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. The prices are all in US dollars, we don't accept other currencies but most people have their foreign currency exchanged for US dollars before they visit the store. If you are asking about the adoption, you are charged the price of the doll and the adoption is free with the purchase of the doll. If I haven't answered your question please ask again. Judy
