Can my daughter bring an Our Generation 18" doll from Target to participate in the appointments, etc? She doesn't have an American girl doll.

Probably alright as a lunch guest, but probably not for other doll services. You should call the store and confirm. Last time I was there I think I saw some stuffed animals having lunch at tables.
