How does a restaurant buried in a neighborhood and surrounding condos, work? Is it owned by the condo management property? We loved this place but were so perplexed by the location! Would love a backstory

We are a privately owned family business. We own the spot that we are in and started Bistro 424 a little over 2 years ago. Were were once the owners of The Downwind Cafe that was also inside of a gated community, but sold it before starting on this adventure. The businesses in the town center are all privately owned are are an asset to the community just as the community is to us. We love being in Venetian Bay and wouldn’t trade it for the world. I believe it is owned and managed by Venetian Bay's management company. When a person buys a property in the community, it comes with certain amenities, including golf course, pools, etc for use by members only. the town center with restaurant, deli, and other shops is open to the public as well.
