It depends on what kind of card and how old it is. Some of the super old cards did not have an expiration date. Those you can still use. However, they no longer issue those passes. So, check on it and see if it expired. If no, you can still use it indefinitely. If it does have an expiration date, you are probably past the time because they usually have a short fuse.
As long as its a non expiring card yes you can use. However most cards are active for only about 14 days meaning after your first visit it needs to b used in 14 days from that point.
If you mean an older non expiring ticket yes, if you mean an older annual pass card that depends if the chip is still active and if you have it active on your MDE
