I didnt see it at epcot but they have it in magic kingdom next to the Aladdin ride! I got it last month. ♡
At the Flower & Garden Festival this year, there is a pineapple stand, and I saw folks leaving it with what looked like Dole Whip (pineapple soft serve, basically). I don't think a stand has it year round though. For that, you'll need to pop on over to the Polynesian resort or the Magic Kingdom park.
