It is not abandoned. Currently, they are having their annual Food & Wine festival. It is where you can sample different appetizers, beer, and wine from the different countries they host in Epcot. The festival brings many different musicians to play every evening from Post Modern Jukebox to Boys II Men. Country, R&B, pop, Jazz and all genres in between. Right now is the best time to visit
No. Epcot is not abandoned. Although it is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar update from Disney, it is an open and active park. You can purchase tickets and visit during regular park hours.
Ummm no considering I'm in Epcot right now I don't think so. But Epcot is one of the main parks they wouldn't close it anytime soon
