The American Adventure and Voices of Liberty, The Land, Spaceship Earth, Mission: Space... Food: All the food...but, Le Cellier, Via Napoli, and Sunshine Seasons are great! And stay for fireworks!! Epcot Forever is pretty awesome!!

Do not miss the American Adventure. The Japanese restaurant is the best in Epcot, great show while prepping your food. The British Pub is great for lunch. Impressions de France is a movie that runs in the evenings and is a beautiful tour through France and Canada has a cool 360° film.
In Germany there is a Buffet Restaurant, I can't remember its name, it's a little pricey but it is so worth it!! Food is amazing!! Walk ins should be available. Also try the apple crunch pie ice cream in France!!!
Mission Space is a cool virtual ride. And going around the world is pretty awesome!
